It is well kept, clean, fully furnished, and open to vacationers by reservation only. It is located on the northwest shores of Iron Lake in Bayfield County, and is less than 10 miles from the Chequamegon National Forest, and 8 miles from the famous Brule River.
Shady Oaks is surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. Hiking and biking are readily available on rural roads and forest trails. There is a boat ramp for launching small boats. Hunting is nearby. Ice fishing is at your front door. Access to groomed snowmobile trails is minutes away.
